A legacy core-PHP corporate site rebuilt on Laravel — turning a brittle, developer-only system into an editor-friendly, SEO-ready CMS that scales with thousands of projects, images and media files.
The Challenge
The existing platform was holding the business back:
- Built on core PHP — hard to scale, slow to maintain.
- Every content change required a developer.
- Managing large volumes of project data, stories and media was inefficient.
- Weak SEO structure and slow page rendering with thousands of images.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the platform on a modern Laravel architecture and shipped content workflows non-technical editors could actually use.
- Migrated from core PHP to Laravel with a clean modular structure.
- Designed an editor-first admin panel for projects, stories, news, people, careers and awards.
- Restructured pages and metadata for stronger on-page SEO.
- Optimized media pipelines (responsive images, lazy loading) for performance at scale.
- Integrated construction-industry workflows: Submittals, RFI, Drawing & Specification handling with Procore, Dropbox, Google Drive, PDFTron and Bluebeam.
