A Flutter mobile app that turns the traditional salon booking experience into a digital, mobile-first flow — service selection, stylist choice, scheduling and secure payment in one journey.
The Challenge
Traditional salon booking is full of friction:
- Appointments handled manually over phone or in-person.
- Limited flexibility when picking services or specific stylists.
- A clunky booking flow that loses customers mid-funnel.
- No central record of customer history or preferences.
Our Approach
We designed and shipped a single Flutter codebase that delivers a fast, consistent experience on Android and iOS, with a booking flow built around real customer behaviour.
